Affair Recovery

Healing After Betrayal

Affairs, broken trust, and ruptures of safety can leave a relationship feeling unrecognizable. With the right structure and support, couples can move from rupture to repair, and from repair to genuine reconnection.

If you are recovering from an affair or breach of trust, you may feel:

  • hurt, angry, or shut down
  • stuck in blame or defensiveness
  • unsure whether to stay or go
“With the right guidance, compassion, and commitment to repair, even broken trust after an affair can become the doorway to a stronger, more loving relationship.”
– Dr. Janet Greenwood

Affair Recovery Therapy

Dr. Greenwood works with couples in affair recovery through the Two-Day Imago Couples Intensive. Twelve hours of focused, private work over two days, conducted entirely online.

Some couples follow the intensive with ongoing sessions through the 10-Hour 10-Session Imago Program as integration deepens. We will discuss the right fit during your free consultation.
